I feel like I need to share this with my followers, those who just like, and anyone else who comes across my blog. This is a devotional I receive in my personal email. I hope you will look at it and find yourself wanting to be God’s best friend. Sometimes I forget in my sorrowful moments and my depression, that God is there, and IS my BEST Best friend. My husband is my second best friend, and I have another best friend that I have not talked to face to face for a long time. The holidays are always stressful for me, because I get pressured into being with my difficult family. It is a time to share with family, but it is hard to when they are needy, pushy and always want to be in complete control of my life.
Sorry, I didn’t mean to whine. I really want you all to know that God is there and wants to be your best friend too. Merry Christmas, and many happy wishes to all of you, however you celebrate this season, or don’t celebrate this season.
Thank you all again for following, or just liking my posts. You have made my blog a success. I couldn’t have been a success without you.
Stay Safe and God Bless!
❤
Best wishes of the season to you and yours xx

So glad you liked it. It was something I needed to stop and read and think. I usually save them in a folder to get to later, but I decided to take the time to read this time. And so wanted to share it. It felt right. 🙂

My warmest wishes to you and your family for the winter holidays.
I agree, it seems there are difficult (often unbearable) family members/relative regardless of where we live in this world, and this escalates during what should be festive occasions. I’m thinking of you!
Take care,
Takami 🙂
