And a Happy Birthday to my sister!
I read this post from rantingchef.com/2015/03/17/corned-beef about the traditional corned beef and cabbage dish made for St. Patrick’s Day. It turns out that it is more American than Irish. I thought it was pretty interesting and thought all of you who may not be following him, would like to read it and then keep the recipe for the wonderful dish.
As for my St Pat’s day, I need to get busy and work on my house. We are expecting company in a few days and I MUST get it cleaned up. Hope you all have a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day and have fun at any parades that are going on. Our parade was this past Saturday. I didn’t make it because of all that is going on here, but I know a lot of people did. Have a wonderful day!
Stay Safe and God Bless!

So the real question is… do horses drink green beer? 🙂

Not this horse. Too many medicines to take. Although I am not opposed to taking a sip of Hubby’s beer now and then. Don’t like beer much. Too many hangovers from my stupider, wilder days. 🙂
