I know there probably has been a lot of posting about the recent Blood Moon, and lots of pictures much better than mine. But I wanted to post some pictures that I had taken that evening. The only camera that I have been using is my cell phone. So I apologize ahead of time. The pictures didn’t come put very well. I don’t know that much about changing the flash or focus on the phone camera. I tried several times setting the night setting. It didn’t make a lot of improvements, but some were okay. Well, anyway here are my photos of that night. September 27, 2015. You can click on the pictures to make them bigger.
There is even a Biblical prophecy surrounding the Blood Moon/Lunar Eclipse. Kind of interesting. Especially with all the crazy weather and craziness of humans and wars and rumors of war. I can certainly see the warning in this prophecy. Praying that everyone will take heed and turn to Jesus Christ before it is too late. Love you all. Take care.
Stay Safe and God Bless!

I think your pictures look great! It was cloudy here so we were not able to see it 😦 but your pictures were terrific!

Amazing that you got those shots with a phone! I’ve just read a pile of posts saying that it was impossible to take pics of the moon this way, and yours look great. Mine didn’t come out overly well with a camera. Interesting the prophesy – especially the actually numbers. Considering what’s going on in the world today we shouldn’t be all that surprised if it’s true. X

Thank you Sally for the reblog. Mine weren’t near as good, but some didn’t turn out too bad for an amateur, phone camera user. 🙂 Sorry you missed it. It was a nice, cool evening here. We bundled up and sat out to watch it. Hadn’t done that all summer.

Thank you Patrick. I am glad you enjoyed them. I am sorry that you couldn’t see the actual moon clearly. It was a really nice, cool evening here in NE Kansas. We live on a farm so we could see it really clearly.

Thank you Jo. I was disappointed that they didn’t turn out a little better, but what I did get, I thought turned out alright. I don’t take too many pictures after dark because it is a phone camera.
I need to read up on the Bible more. I have been bad about not reading it like I should. I found it interesting about the prophecy. There is a lot in Revelations that points to the end of the world as we know it, that is beginning to come true.

I missed the blood moon. Silly me, I forgot. Had my nose in a book and fell asleep. What kind of stupid excuse is that? Thanks for sharing your photos. 🙂

A very good excuse. A good book and then sleep. Sounds like a good relaxing night. We only remembered because it was on the early news again to remind us that evening. Sorry you missed it. 🙂
