Just wanted to make a quick post and get back to my cooking. My Mom, cousin, daughter, and son will all be here. Our granddaughter is staying most of this week since she is out of school until Monday. I hope I am still sane when the day is done.

Thank you. Guess I didn’t realize you were in Wales. My old church sent a missionary couple to Wales many years ago. I think they are still there. Their children aren’t, but they are. J.A. and Pam Richardson. They serve at a Baptist church there. I can’t remember the name of the town they are in. And I certainly can’t pronounce it. It seems like it was a very long name.
