This is pretty much the recipe I use when Patches decides to tangle with a skunk. Silly dog! Although he hasn’t done that for quite awhile. We are having a rat problem lately which the dogs are working on. The cat doesn’t seem to want to take on the rats. Anyway, I use Mane and Tail Shampoo in the recipe. It really works! Tomato juice does NOT WORK. Found that out the hard way! 😀 Haven’t yet had to use it on my horses. I think they have more sense than Patches. Try it if you need it, but hopefully you won’t.
