I found this a very interesting article. I have been opinionated on people who give up their pets. I am sure some really don’t have any busines with even a fish for a pet, but there is truth in the statement: “There is always two sides of the story.” And this is a perfect example of that. Sometimes people need the help to help take care of their most beloved pets. There are a lot of heart breaking stories out there. Not all of them involve cruelty.
